I was thoroughly impressed with the service and the link they sent with their findings after doing a thorough inspection of my car. I only went in to diagnose an A/C issue that other shops weren't able to find and it turns out it was a severed wire behind the glove box that I was able to fix. I will be taking my car here from now on and highly recommend them.

After buying my 2012 Toyota brand new and spending the first couple of years getting maintenance done at the dealer, I became disenchanted with them and somewhat mistrustful of some of the things they were telling me. It was at this time that my son recommended Precision Automotive, so I decided to give them a try. That was nearly a decade ago. At first, they were tiny and service was very personalized. They always took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things to me. Since then, Precision has grown, but it has not lost that personal touch. Everyone in the office, even their receptionist, Grace, is knowledgeable about automobile issues and more than willing to answer questions and offer advice. Thanks to the excellent preventive maintenance performed by their certified mechanics, my car has almost 263,000 miles on it and is still going strong!

Poway's Precision Automotive was the best place I could've gone to. I was preparing for a cross country trip and wanted the care to be in top shape to be on the road. They were able to get me in quickly and took great care of my vehicle while it was there. They got a few things that could've gone wrong on the road and checked with me before fixing them. The staff is incredibly friendly and so helpful. I will use them every time I need something with my vehicle.
